I offer a personable, differentiated, fun, functional approach towards training and recovery, which has been gained from many years of experience within sport, health & fitness. I am always striving towards getting the best from my clients via new training methods and techniques but always ensuring they are achieving success in a safe, sustainable manner.
Based out of Oakfields Personal Training in Clifton, Bristol, I can provide for any client in the well equipped gym and treatment room. I also offer my services within the Bristol area on a mobile basis.
New services offered in light of the current social distancing / self isolation due to Covid-19:
Remote (video) Group sessions via Zoom - Exericse at a lower cost to you within virtual group via the online meeting app Zoom. Scheduled sessions will have a specific focus and tailored to meet that focus and to those within the group. Mon/ Wed/ Fri/ Sat: 8am 30 min HIIT
Tues/ Thurs: 5.30pm Sat: 8.45am 30 min Core workout
Tues/ Thurs: 6pm Sat: 9.30am 30 min Mobility, Stretch & Foam Rolling

Remote (video) PT - Exercise with 1-2-1 expert supervison in the comfort of your own home. Sessions tailored to your goals, space/equipment available and current capabilities all via video call. Contact me for more details for initial free consultation. £40 per hour.
Personalised Written Home Exericse Programs - Have a specific home work out program written for you to meet your goals taking into the acccount of the time and equipment you have as well as number of times you would like to train in a week. £50 per program. Contact me for details.
Remote Physical Assessment and Guidance (replacement massage service) - You would be assessed remotely via video call and given the appropriate info for self treatment through self massage (via a roller or trigger point release with a ball), MET stretches and a number of passive/ active stretches with corrective exercises to ease symptoms. £10 for up to 30 minute consult.
